Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uphold all standards of the restaurant, service, appearance, and conduct.
- Develop relationships with guest.
- Actively participate in service
- Oversee all aspects of service, including those in the dining room, bar, and private dining rooms.
Qualifications
- 2+ years fine dining experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Commitment to excellence
- Passion for food and the hospitality industry
- Previous fine dining management experience within a Relais & Chateaux, Michelin star, or similar restaurant, as well as familiarity with Forbes Five-Star standards, is required.
State: Florida
Compensation: $150k++ and open based on experience.
