Director Of Catering Sales & Events-Prestigious, Luxury Property and Club

This position will oversee the selling of events for a luxury Florida property and club in the Palm Beach area.

This position can also be hybrid-based!
Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering services, targeting corporate clients, event planners and other potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their event vision, requirements, budgets while offering personalized recommendations to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and contracts outlining event logistics.
  • Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef for menu creations pertaining to the client’s requests and preferences.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, coordinating event logistics, entertainment, and venue capabilities.
  • Represent the club at industry events, networking functions, trade shows, all while fostering key relationships with high-end clientele.


  • Proven track record of success in catering sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter, independent worker
