This position will oversee the selling of events for a luxury Florida property and club in the Palm Beach area.
This position can also be hybrid-based!
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering services, targeting corporate clients, event planners and other potential customers.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their event vision, requirements, budgets while offering personalized recommendations to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts outlining event logistics.
- Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef for menu creations pertaining to the client’s requests and preferences.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, coordinating event logistics, entertainment, and venue capabilities.
- Represent the club at industry events, networking functions, trade shows, all while fostering key relationships with high-end clientele.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in catering sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter, independent worker
