Building General Manager For Luxury Residential-Miami

Stunning, beachside residential building is looking for a General Manger with luxury property experience:

Responsibilities may include and not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a private luxury residential property,  including overseeing staff of around 10, maintaining common areas of property.
• Execute and facilitate residential needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure all residents are well informed and adhering to all provisions in the condo board’s governing documents.
• Responsible for overseeing the building staff to strengthen the quality and efficiency of all residential services provided.
• Conduct property audits for life safety, mechanical and appearance.
• Manage all required inspections.
• Directly supervise cleaning and maintenance staff, outside services, work orders and complaints
• Vendor/Contractor Contract Negotiations – capex project management
• Oversight of building budget

Requirements:

• Luxury hotel or condominium experience required
• CAM license a plus
• Strong discretionary practices
