We are in search of a high-level, strategic executive responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of an organization in a luxury resort setting. This is an exciting role in our growing company and will focus on leading top line sales strategies for multiple properties across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage company’s sales team to achieve revenue goals and growth
-Partner with revenue and brand leads to drive sales
-Collaborate with property teams
-Build relationship with internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
-8+ years of senior level experience managing all-inclusive resorts
-Knowledge of pre-opening processes
-Strong leadership skills
-Fluent in English and Spanish
-Familiar with sports, media, entertainment, luxury lifestyle, and events as it relates to all-inclusive brands
