Luxury hotel in Miami seeking a Stewarding Manager to oversee all facets of their stewarding department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, training, and motivating a diverse stewarding team to meet 5-star standards.
- Controlling labor and operating expenses (budgeting/purchasing).
- Ensuring meticulous sanitation of kitchens, storage, and equipment.
- Set-up and maintain inventory supplies. Plan and budgeting of china, glassware, and silverware for F&B division.
Compensation – $85,000 base
What you bring:
- Prior knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment and some management experience in working with banquets, restaurants, and kitchens.
- A minimum of one-two years of experience as Food & Beverage manager is preferred
- Luxury property experience
