Senior Sales Manager – Historic Nashville

We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Manager for a Luxury Hotel in the famous Athens of the South, Nashville. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing sales efforts for the hotel by securing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This position is key in promoting the hotel to potential clients and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in various markets. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and other hotel departments to ensure the hotel’s sales strategy is executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed the hotel’s revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to create and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects to generate repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Former sales experience in a full-service 300-plus-room property
  • Previous catering sales experience is a huge plus!
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
