We seek a capable Senior Conference Services Manager for a Luxury South Florida property! The Senior Conference Services Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and events with a focus on delivering exceptional service. This role acts as the main liaison between the client and the internal departments, ensuring all event details are executed flawlessly while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
About Role –
- This role will support the Assistant Director of Conference Services with projects, scheduling, and the general direction of the department.
- In the absence of the Assistant Director / Special Events & Catering assumes all responsibilities for the department.
- This position organizes the room and catering detailing, and group resumes of all in-house groups.
- Sr Conference Services Manager oversees the VIP and more high-profile groups.
- Ensuring an ongoing flow of communications between the Conference Managers & clients before, during and after the execution of their events
Candidate Requirements –
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel or conference center management experience
- Luxury property experience with high-profile groups
- Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Sales Force Delphi | Opera System preferred
