Luxury Area Chef of Restaurants and Bars – Beatuiful Southeast Florida

Luxury Southeast Florida Resort seeks a dynamic chef to oversee culinary operations for multiple outlets and venues. The Luxury Area Chef oversees the culinary operations at multiple restaurant locations within a designated area. This leadership role requires exceptional skills in managing kitchen teams, maintaining food quality and consistency, and driving operational efficiency. The Chef will work closely with restaurant management to ensure that the food offering meets the highest standards, customer satisfaction, and financial goals are met.

About the role :

  • Supervise and lead kitchen culinary team and operations 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards 
  • Oversee and manage food purchasing and receiving processes 
  • Oversee event execution and logistics 
  • Contribute to menu development and oversee the execution of menu changes.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in banquets in a upscale/luxury resort or large hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
