Director of Sales – South Florida


We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales for a Resort Hotel Company. The Director of Sales and Marketing is a key member of the Center’s leadership team that fulfills an essential role in achieving the overall success of a company that is uniquely positioned and passionately committed to improving the health and well-being of the members and communities we serve. This individual is tasked with leading the sales team, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of the market, sales processes, and team management to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the sales team.
  • Led, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of luxury hospitality sales
  • Strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
