Director of Sales and Marketing – Beautiful Colorado

We are looking for a fantastic Director of Sales and Marketing for a beautiful Colorado hotel and conference center. The Director is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance brand presence. The Director will oversee the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, identifying market opportunities, and optimizing the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring high levels of motivation and accountability.
• Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business development and customer retention.

The Ideal candidate: 

• Prior experience as a Director of Sales in a full-service hotel or resort

• 300-plus room experience preferred

• 50K sq ft of meeting space and prior experience overseeing room sales and a catering and events director.
