We are looking for a talented Director of Revenue for this amazing opportunity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical background to identify revenue opportunities and optimize performance across all departments. The Director of Revenue plays a vital role in driving the financial success of the hotel by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of all departments, adhering to brand standards and guest expectations.
- Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data.
- Acts as primary contact and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners.
- Implement and monitor procedures and controls to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the hotel.
The Ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
