The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations within the establishment, ensuring exceptional quality, service standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This leader manages all restaurant, catering, bar, and room service operations while strategically guiding F&B staff and aligning departmental goals with the overall brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role includes financial management, maintaining company standards, strategic planning, and collaboration with key departments to enhance guest and team member experiences.
- Ensure overall Guest and Team Member experience by communicating goals and maintaining operating and safety standards.
- Drive the development of the management team through continuous training and role modeling.
- Monitor equipment and infrastructure needs while generating growth and efficiency objectives.
Required :
- 5 years of experience as a Director in Restaurants and/or Hotels, with a minimum of at least $20M in F&B revenue in a 5-star hotel or Resort with multiple outlets
- Strong communication skills and experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Experience with multi-unit operations and high-volume environments.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in the food and beverage industry.
