We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and hands-on Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of our luxury, full-service resort. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance functions while supporting operational leaders in driving profitability and financial performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality finance experience, leadership capability, and a proactive approach to financial strategy. They should also have experience in upscale and / or luxury hotels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems and PMS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to partner effectively with operations leaders
