Compensation – #90,000 – $95,000

Luxury Miami hotel is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee their pool and beach operations. The role will report to the Food and Beverage Director of Outlets and oversee a team of 30 plus.

Requirements –

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B leadership
• Food handling certification
• Pool and Beach operations experience highly preferred.
• Luxury property experience is required
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
