  1. Who do you recruit for?
    • We focus entirely on the upscale and luxury hospitality industry which amongst many things includes; Hotel, resorts, casinos, restaurants, spas, private clubs, hospitality corporate offices, cruise ships, and theme parks etc.
  2. What regions are your clients in? Where do you recruit? Do you recruit overseas?
    • We predominantly recruit throughout the United States, but we do have overseas and international clients that we regularly and successfully recruit for.
  3. How can you help me find a position?
    • When you register with us, we’ll talk to you about your preferences (locations, positions, career goals, compensations etc.). After we find out more about you, we’ll see what openings we currently have that might suit and discuss them with you. If we don’t have anything for you right now we’ll keep you regularly updated on our new positions when we get them.
  4. What are the benefits of working with an Executive Recruiter?
    • There are many reasons why it is beneficial to work with an experienced recruiter. Here are a few:
      • We give you a consultative and advisory approach. Our Consultants will search and discuss with you positions that are in line with your background and future career goals. We will advise and support you through the entire hiring process.
      • We can promote you and your resume personally to our clients, ensuring your resume is in the hands of the appropriate hiring manager or decision maker.
      • We have a large network of hospitality clients so we receive job opportunities that are not always made readily available to the general public.
  5. Do you create or write candidate’s resumes?
    • No, we are not a resume writing service. However, we can give you tips, suggestions and advice on improving the quality of your resume.
  6. Once you submit my resume to a potential employer, what happens next?
    • We will give you regular updates on the status of your application. If the employer is interested in moving forward, we will partner with you throughout the whole process to ensure things go smoothly and efficiently.
  7. Will you send my resume out without my knowledge?
    • Before submitting your resume to any of our clients, we will always discuss with you all the details of the position and company so you are fully aware of where we are sending your resume. That way we have your full approval to move forward.
  8. Is your service confidential?
    • Absolutely. We understand that confidentiality and discretion is important to our candidates when they’re looking for a new position and we totally respect that.
  9. How much do you charge?
    • Our service to all our candidates is completely free. We are paid by our clients to help them find talented professionals.

    • Our experience lies in finding the best candidates for the right job. We have a team of experienced hospitality and recruiting consultants that will discuss with you your recruitment openings and requirements for each position. From that, our consultants will do targeted search for suitable and qualified candidates that meet your specific needs.
  3. Who will work on the search if I hire Next Move?
    • The original consultant that you first had communication with will be your main point of contact. They will work directly with you throughout the entire process.
  4. What is the talent acquisition process?
    • Once our Consultant receives a job order from a client, they will begin the search immediately. They will conduct thorough interviews with the candidates, ensuring they are well qualified and a good fit for your position. You will then receive their resume, with additional information about the candidate.
  5. How do you find Candidates?
    • Next Move utilizes a wide range of methods to source candidates. We have a large database of active candidates and a vast network of contacts. We have a lot of success with proactively targeting and contacting top performing hospitality professionals. We also get many industry referrals, we do some advertising, and in addition we use other proven sourcing techniques.
  6. How soon will I receive resumes?
    • Your Executive Recruitment Consultant will start the sourcing process immediately, and you can expect to receive resumes within 2-3 days from the initial job order.
  7. How many resumes will you send me?
    • We will only send you a small number of well qualified candidates based on your requirements and they will all have been fully briefed on your company and the role.
  8. Do you charge any upfront fees?
    • No, we work on a contingency basis, so you only pay a fee after a successful placement is made.
  9. Do you offer guarantees?
    • Yes. If there was a rare situation and the new employee left within a short period of time, we would find a free replacement for that role.
